Myself and my partner have recently used JTM for a level 2 survey on a potential property purchase. Firstly the price was very competitive, and Adrian was very responsive in dealing with quote requests and communicating regarding queries. The report we received was very detailed, very quick, and included photographic evidence of all areas of the property reviewed, where potential issues were found or not. I waited 3 months to complete my full renovation before completing this review, Adrian did level 3 survey for a property we purchased in Birmingham, he offered a good price and were able to do the survey in a few days, the report came on time. the report was very thorough. he answered all my questions on a phone call. Excellent experience – thanks Adrian! After undertaking research online, and seeing nothing but 5* reviews, we recently instructed JTM to undertake a Level 3 building survey on the property we are purchasing, even though Adrian is in Sutton Coldfield and we are in South Birmingham. We hoped that the survey would live up to our very high expectations, given the reviews, and we were not disappointed. Communication at all times was really good. The survey visit was undertaken quickly and the report sent within two working days. The report itself was extremely detailed and thorough. It was presented in a very clear way, assisting us not only in the present, regarding the purchase process, but also in flagging up what we need to do going forward to maintain the property and avoid issues down the line. Adrian was friendly and helpful throughout, willing speak to us by phone once we had read report, giving us further extremely useful advice. I would not hesitate to recommend JTM to undertake your survey. You will not be disappointed. I also feel that the price for the work undertaken is very reasonable. I cannot recommend Adrian more. His communication was excellent and our full building survey was completed promptly with a very detailed report that followed very quickly afterwards. The report was extremely helpful, easy to read and thorough with plenty of photos included so everything was clear. He was also extremely helpful during a follow up phone call to help us understand some of the points raised on the survey so we were confident when moving forward with the purchase. He was also very reasonably priced. Don't use anyone else! He's amazing!
